Cheryl presented the financial statement as of 8-2-04 Spiker Club has a balance of 3,567.70.

Coach Jackson would like to purchase new away uniforms, in white, for the Varsity Team. Also new uniform jerseys for the Junior Varsity. Giving the Freshman Team the old JV uniforms. Provided we can get donations, sponsorship, fundraising and/or money from Spiker Club. Coach Jackson would like to purchase warm-ups, possibly using money from fundraising. The uniforms will be need to be ordered as soon as possible.

Coach Jackson also stated the Seniors would like to receive blankets at Senior Night.

The Car Wash is scheduled for August 14^th, 10am-3pm at Drug Mart. The Car Wash will be for the High School Volleyball Athletes. Maryann is still pursuing sponsorship from Drug Mart for the team. We have nothing in writing as of today.

Meet the Team will be held on Aug 18^th at 7:00pm. No dinner, no baked goods, just the meeting. Information will be given to all parents on line judging and concessions which will be made out by MaryAnn and Sue. Will also inform parents about the new scoring and the need for parent volunteers.

Fundraisers were discussed. Look into doing another Panera Bread Fundraiser. Cheryl discussed the scratch card fundraiser. MaryAnn will be calling Handels Ice Cream. (Handlemens?? - Just kidding with you-MaryAnn) Cheryl may also hold another North Coast Volleyball Booth fundraiser at tournaments.

The team video was also another topic of discussion. Need to get input on who will do the best job for the money. Looking into our options at this point.

T-Shirts will be purchased for all Volleyball players 7^th-12^th grade. Maybe long-sleeve shirts this year.

Team Building Activities - one confirmed at this point- will be after the Car Wash on Aug. 14^th at Coach Garingers house. Would like to do a video scavenger hunt, date and time unknown.

Try-outs will be held Aug. 9^th-12^th. Thursday Aug. 12^th orders for shoes, spandex, kneepads, socks, etc. will be put in.

New JV Coach will be Sarah Kuhner.
New 7^th grade coach is Kayce Bohyor.
