You represent
Pickerington High School Central and the reputation that
we uphold. We will act with respect and class on and off
the court.
Unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated. Volleyball
is a team game and we all must work together to be successful.
It's amazing how much can be accomplished when no one cares
who gets the credit. Always remember, the choice is up to
you. Whether you think you can or can't...you are right.
Game Day procedures..."Choice,
not chance determines destiny."
- Captains will
decide game day dress.
- Captains will
clean up the bus on away trips.
- During the
varsity game, reserve members will sit together and will
remain for the entire varsity game unless excused by the
Head Coach.
- During a reserve
game, varsity members will sit together and will get dressed
after the first match of the reserve game. VARSITY PLAYERS
WILL BE AT THE GYM BEFORE THE RESERVE PLAYERS START THEIR
OFFICIAL WARM-UP.
- No talking
to fans during the game.
- During time-outs,
all players will huddle around the coach. Each player
will listen and will not look into the crowd.
- All players
will line up on the end line for the national anthem and
for player introductions.
- All players
need to be into the game, watching opponents, picking
out weaknesses and strengths.
- Act like a
Pickerington High School Central Volleyball Player.
Practice Policies..."To
succeed, do the best you can, where you can, with what you
have."
- You are expected
to arrive 15 minutes prior to practice.
- Detentions
are not an excuse for missing or being late to practice.
- Contact a
coach in advance if you have a practice problem.
